I think you've got all the Re-words covered, except RE-word and, come to think of it, RE-ward, and hmmm, a few others, so:

I imagine I'll be doing quite a lot of REwording, but that's nothing new for me, but I hope it is REwarding. But I expect most of my REwards to come from REdedicating myself to the things that matter to me, REviving friendships I have allowed to languish by failing to keep in touch with friends and RElatives, REsearching ways I can make the world a better place, both by thinking globally but acting locally, but also by REaching (does that count?) out beyond my REgion to the outer REaches, REalms where human suffering and injustice need REdress. Closer to home, I hope health care REform is REal, though I fear both the REpublicans and special interest groups will pREvail, watering down and REversing the will of the people, turning their backs on the only REasonable solution: REyap elgnis (that is, they've got it backward).

In the meantime, I will spend the day REgaining my footing at home, REconsidering the year past and thinking about my own REsolutions. But mostly, being grateful for the love I have for my loving family and friends.

Love to you and Therese,

Barbara

PS: Those NY Times bags, which I get fewer of since I REceive only the Sunday edition, are excellent for packing shoes when I go on trips. I always pack an extra one or two for my dirty laundry while on the road. My supermarket also takes used plastic bags for recycling, though I rarely have any since I have 6 or so reusable bags from various nonprofits to which I contribute and keep them in the car so I (almost always) remember to bring them into the store.Barbara Ravagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00651983971930812840noreply@blogger.com
